After many years, as an independent curator, Wook Choi founded as Crecloo Art Gallery in 2004 and Wook + Lattuada Gallery in 2007 under the partnership with Flavio Lattuada in Millan, Italy founded by Fiorella La Lumia in 1963.

Since its founding, the gallery has also specialized in the resale of select works of art from the 20th century by artists such as Pablo Picasso, Vassily Kandinsky, Andy Warhol, Claude Monet, Giorgio de Chirico, Victor Vasarely, Lucio Fontana, Amedeo Modigliani, Giacomo Balla, and Umberto Boccioni.  Wook + Lattuada also houses the largest collection of Futurist works (124 pieces) in the world. Currently maintaining four distinct exhibition spaces in two cities, the gallery subscribes to the highest standard of connoisseurship, scholarship and ethical practice, and offers an effective and confidential alternative for the resale of important works of art from and on behalf of private individuals and institutions.

Many artists of the gallery have exhibited widely in museum and gallery contexts at institutions such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; the Victoria and Albert Museum, London; Musée d’Art Moderne, Paris; the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo; the Modern Art Museum, Mexico; the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, Lisbon and Venice Biennale.
